Mr. Mohit Bhargava is a 1985 batch Electrical Engineering graduate from Sambalpur University and has undergone Leadership training at Harvard Business School in Boston and S P Jain Institute in Singapore. He has more than 30 years of diverse and versatile experience in Project as well as Corporate Offices. Prior to leading the Renewable Energy Division, he headed the Corporate Planning division, where he focused on developing NTPC's strategy and overseeing the creation of long-term Corporate Plans, including various growth initiatives. He has undergone leadership training at Harvard Business School in Boston and the S P Jain Institute in Singapore. He has been a distinguished speaker at events like the World Economic Forum-Global Energy Transition Meet in Abu Dhabi and has participated in WEF meetings on topics such as the 'System Value Framework- India Market Specific Analysis' at the Electricity Industry Action Group Summer Governors Meeting. He is actively involved in spearheading NTPC Energy Transition program, focusing on reducing the company carbon intensity. He is leading initiatives in e-mobility, green hydrogen, and waste management solutions. His efforts in these areas contribute to NTPC's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
